Welcome to the DRC website. In order to interpret the molecular basis of the translational process, it is essential to have a corresponding knowledge of the higher structure of the ribosome. A large amount of biochemical data about structure of the ribosome is available at present. Ribosomal cross-linking is one of the most important methods which allows us to get such data.
